摘要
目的 研究白芍总苷治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的疗效及安全性并与甲氨蝶呤(MTX)进行对照。方法 6 0例活动性RA病人随机分两组(每组各30例)分别用白芍总苷(帕夫林)0 6g 每日两次和MTX10～ 15mg 周治疗,疗程为 12周,对两药在 6周、12周时的疗效进行评估。结果 白芍总苷在 6周、12周时的有效率分别为 4 6 7%、90 0 %,MTX为 73 3%、93 3%,显示白芍总苷对RA的疗效与MTX相近,并且病人对白芍总苷治疗的耐受性较MTX为好。结论 白芍总苷为一种治疗RA新型中成药,疗效肯定,且副作用小。
Baishuo Saponin was used to treat 30 cases of cholecystitis,with 30 cases treated with Methotrexate(MTX)as control group. The result showed that the total effective rate was 46.7% and 90% after treated with Baishuo saponin for 6 and 12 weeks.The total effective rate for MTX group was 73.3% and 93.3% respectively.The result showed that Baishuo saponin had similar effect with MTX in treating RA.
