摘要
在一定的前提下,给出了股份制企业管理干部责任分解的7条原则、分值确定办法以及失责分值(奖励分值)统计公式,并举例计算,认为结果是可行的,具有实际操作意义。
In the definite premises, seven principles, determinate measure of cent value, and the statistical formula of sharing value in the miss of duties (sharing value in the encouragement) are presented for the resolution of responsibilities in the management of share- issuing enterprise. It is enumerated count, we considered that the results were feasible and operational meaning.
