摘要
环保资产评估是整个资产评估的一个重要组成部分,关系到资产所有者、经营者和使用者合法权益的保护。做为初步研究和尝试,提出并阐述了环保资产评估的几个基本概念,并对其几个组成要素,如条件、原则、程序、方法和标准等,做了简要说明。
As a constituent part of asset assessment system, Property assessment of environmental protection facilities （PAEPF） is referred to the interest of its owner, operator and users. There with based on related study and practices, a basic concepts of Property assessment for environmental protection facilities was discussed further the condition, principles, procedures, methods and standards for PAEPF were introduced in this paper.
