青岛地区不同糖代谢状态人群血尿酸水平的变化 被引量:10

The difference in serum level of uric acid among the distinct states of glucose metabolism in a Chinese population of Qingdao city

摘要 从青岛地区糖尿病(DM)和高尿酸血症流行病学调查数据库中,排除既往已诊断糖尿病者,对资料完整者3125例,按照不同糖代谢状态、BMI、高血压(HT)和TG水平分组,比较血尿酸(SUA)水平的变化。调整年龄、BMI和TG后,新诊断DM的SUA水平明显低于正常糖耐量组(NGT)和糖调节受损组(IGR)(P均<0.05),其中在男性,NGT组的SUA水平最高(390±3μmol/L),而在女性IGR组SUA水平(328±5μmol/L)明显高于NGT和新诊断DM组(P均<0.05);BMI>27.8kg/m2亚组的SUA水平为最高(P<0.01);高血压组和高TG组的SUA水平均分别高于正常血压和正常TG组(P分别为<0.05和<0.01)。随着NGT、IGT到新诊断DM糖代谢异常的加重SUA水平下降,可能是机体抗氧化反应减弱的一种表现,而在高血压组的SUA升高可作为血管并发症的预测指标。 The study of NGT(n=1913), IGR(n=636) and DM (n=576) patients showed that: 1. The lowest SUA levels were found in newly diagnosed DM, after adjusting age, body mass index and triglyceride, especially in diabetes women. SUA levels were most elevated in men with NGT and women with IGR (both P〈0. 05). 2. Obese men and women with BMI of 27. 8 kg/m^2 had highest mean SUA levels in all categories of diabetes status (P〈0.01). 3. Hypertension and high triglyceride subjects had higher SUA levels than normotensive and normal triglyceride persons regardless of their diabetes status respectively, after adjusting age and body mass index.
