摘要
报道了延衰冲剂的初步研制及临床试用观察结果。微观检测指标血浆雌二醇Ｅ２显著提高，骨矿密度上升，血浆过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）显著下降，红细胞超氧化歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）明显上升，提示延衰冲剂是一有效的促进体内生长激素（ＧＨ）分泌的中药制剂，对抗衰老有积极意义。
The preparing and the clinical observation of Yanshuai preparation was reported in this paper,The specific examination in E2,BMC,Lpo,SOD indicated that some symptoms of being decrepit in those elderly who have taken this preparation were eased.The results of clinical trial demonstrate that this traditional chinese medicine preparation was significantly effective in improving secretion of growth hormone,thus to slow down aging.
