摘要
在研究现有自动化立体仓库存储模式的基础上,提出库位优化的思想,根据货物存放最低能量原则,建立了库位优化的数学模型。按该库位优化模型存储货物,不仅节省物资出入库过程的能量消耗,降低立体仓库的运行成本,而且提高物资出入库的节奏。
Storage alignment optimization is put forward based on studying the storage mode of automated stereoscopic warehouse, and a mathematic model of storage alignment optimization is built up according to the lowest energy principle of goods storage. The storage or retrieval by the model enables to lower energy consumption and operation cost of the stereoscopic warehouse, and can increase the speed of storage or retrieval.
