摘要
变电构架是输变电系统的主要结构物,对已有变电构架结构质量进行及时、科学的管理,随时掌握结构的质量状况,是结构维修和加固的基础,对避免重大工程事故发生,保障输变电系统的安全运行,减少不必要的经济损失具有十分重要的意义.以模糊综合评判理论和结构可靠性分析为基础,将互联网技术和结构可靠性分析评定理论有机结合起来,提出了基于Internet/Intranet的已有变电构架结构质量管理系统,实现了变电构架结构质量的日常管理及远程分析、诊断与管理.并通过在某220 kV变电站的应用,详细介绍了该管理系统的主要过程和步骤,验证了该管理系统的实用性.
The substation truss is a main structure in the power transmission system. To know the quality status of existing substation truss scientifically in time,is important for structure repairs and mag help avoid the grave engineering accident, ensure the security of power transmission system and reduce possible economic losses. Based on the theory of fuzzy synthetic evaluation and reliability analysis,and combined with internet technology and reliability analysis of structures, the structural quality management system of substation truss using internet and intranet is presented. The daily management, remote analysis, diagnosis and management of substation truss＇s quality have been realized. Through the application in some 220KV substation, the main process and steps of this system are introduced in details. And its practicability has been verified.
