摘要
成人心理学的研究表明成人具有学习的可能性,也具有很强的学习能力,与青少年相比成人学习表现出较为独特的一面。正因为这些独特性,对成人的课程开发起到较大的影响作用,成为成人教育课程开发要充分考虑的重要因素之一。
Psychological studies indicate that adults are capable of learning and have strong learning capabilities. Compared with children learning, adult learning represents a unique approach which requires a curriculum specifically developed for adults demands full consideration in the curriculum development of adult education.
