摘要
本文报道了一种以诺氟沙星碘化物与碘化铋的分子缔合物为电活性物的新型PVC膜诺氟沙星选择电极。电极的Nernst响应范围为1.8×10-2~6.3×10-5mol/L,斜率为30mV/pc,检测限为4.5×10-5mol/L。此电极响应迅速,重现性好,用此电极以标准曲线法对药物中的诺氟沙星(NFLX)进行了测定,此法简便,结果与药典法相符。
A new PVC membrane-norfloxacin (NFLX) selective electrode based on NFLX iodide and bismuth iodide molecular association complex is reported. The electrode exhibits Nernst response for NFLX with a slope of 30 mV/pc over the concentration range of 1. 8×l0-2~6. 3× 10-5 mol/L. The detection limit is 4. 5 ×10-5 mol/L.The electrode has fast response and good reproducibility. The electrode has been used for the determination of NFLX in medicinal tablet by the standard curve mthod. The procedures of this method are simple and the results obtained agree with those by the pharmacopeia method.
