摘要
本文采用正交设计法,研究了离子缔合物种类,活性物在膜相中的浓度及增塑剂三因素对电极性能的影响,研制了稳定性和重现性良好的氟哌酸石墨内导PVC膜电极。电极的线性响应范围为10-2~105mol/L;检测下限可达2.5×10-6mol/L。电极直接用于胶囊含量测定,平均回收率99.36%,相对标准偏差0.85%。与药典法比较,结果基本一致。
The influences of various ionic complexes, concentration of activator in membrane phase and plasticizer on the properties of electrode were studied by orthogonal design. A PVC membrane electrode of graphite inner-conductive norfloxacin which had good stability and reproducibility was prepared. The linear response range of the electrode was 10-2~10-5 mol/L. The minimal detection limit was 2. 5×10-6 mol/L. The electrode could be used directly to analyze capsulated samples. The average recovery was 99. 36% with a RSD of 0. 85%. The results are in good agreement with those obtained by the method in pharma copeia.
