摘要
目的研究卵巢上皮性癌中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)的表达情况。方法采用免疫组化法用COX-2特异性抗体检测57例卵巢上皮性癌、20例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤和10例正常卵巢组织中COX-2的表达。结果卵巢上皮性癌和卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织中有COX-2的免疫着色,而正常卵巢组织中未见一例着色。卵巢上皮性癌中COX-2(61.40%)的阳性表达率明显高于卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤和(25.0%)正常卵巢组织(P<0.05),COX-2的表达与卵巢上皮性癌的临床分期、病理分级及腹水的多少无关(P>0.05)。结论COX-2表达上调可能与卵巢上皮性癌的发生有关,COX-2蛋白能为卵巢癌的早期诊断提供依据。
Objective To investigate the expression of Cyclooxyenase-2 (COX-2) in ovarian epithelial carcinoma. Methods The COX-2 protein was detected in 57 samples of ovarian epithelial carcinomas, 20 samples of benign ovarian epithelial tumors and 10 normal ovarian issues using COX-2 specific antibody by immunohistochemistry. Results COX-2 immunoreaction was observed in 35/57 (61.40 % ) cases of ovarian epithelial carcinomas, 5/20 (25 % ) cases of benign ovarian epithelial tumors and no case of normal ovarian issues. The percentage of COX-2 positivity was significantly higher in ovarian epithelial carcinoma than that in benign ovarian epithelial tumors and normal ovarian issues (P〈0.05). The expression of COX-2 did not differ in distribution according to FIGO stage, tumor grade and ascites(P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Uregulation of COX-2 expression may play an important role in the oncogenesis of ovarian epithelial carcinomas. COX-2 protein can be used for early diagnosis.
