摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌病人淋巴结转移与转移相关因子:细胞粘附分子CD44变异型v6(CD44v6)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的关系。方法应用免疫组织化(Elivision法)检测88例行手术切除乳腺癌患者手术标本CD44v6、MMP9和VEGF表达情况,探讨与淋巴结转移的关系。结果88例行手术切除乳腺癌病理标本81例(92%)CD44v6阳性,76例(86.4%)MMP9阳性,71例(80.7%)VEGF阳性。乳腺癌淋巴结转移组与非转移组CD44v6、MMP9表达的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),VEGF表达的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VEGF的表达可能与乳腺癌淋巴结的转移有关,检测CD44v6、MMP9、VEGF有助于判断乳腺癌患者淋巴结转移风险。
Objective To explore the lymph node metastasis of breast carcinoma and its relationship with the metastasis related factors including variant exon 6-containing isoforms of CD44 (CD44v6), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP9), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Methods The expression of CD44v6, MMP9 and VEGF were detected by immunohistochemical techniques (Elivision) in 88 specimens of operable breast carcinoma, and to detect its relationship with the lymph node metastasis. Results In the breast carcinoma tissues of 88 patients with operable breast cancer, 81 (92%) got positive expression of CD44v6, 76 (86.4%) had positive MMP9 expression, 71 (80.7%) got positive expression of VEGF. In the group of operable breast cancer with lymph node metastasis, the expression of VEGF increased significantly, compared to the group of non-lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05), but there wasn't statistically significant difference between the two group in CD44v6 and MMP9 (P〉0. 05). Conclusion Expression of VEGF may be associated with lymph node metastasis of breast carcinoma. CD44v6, MMP9 and VEGF are effective predictors of lymph node metastasis of breast carcinoma.
