L-选择蛋白抗体与血管细胞黏附分子-1抗体联合缓解血管痉挛 被引量:3

摘要 脑血管痉挛(CVS)是动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)严重的并发症之一。SAH后,聚集在蛛网膜下腔内的血液及其分解产物触发炎症反应,引起白细胞向蛛网膜下腔迁移,在细胞因子等的作用下,白细胞和血管内皮细胞之间相互作用,触发血管痉挛。选择蛋白(Selectin)是一类表达于白细胞、内皮细胞和血小板表面的3个受体家族的统称,是体内和体外介导白细胞俘获、滚动的主要黏附受体。
