摘要
目的探讨卡铂缓释微球瘤内注射治疗胰腺癌的疗效,以期为胰腺癌微创治疗提供新方法。方法超声引导下将自制卡铂乳酸羟基乙酸共聚物微球局部注射至荷瘤裸小鼠肿瘤内,观察肿瘤体积、声像图变化特征及小鼠血常规变化。结果卡铂乳酸羟基乙酸共聚物微球瘤内注射可持续抑制肿瘤生长,造成肿瘤坏死,对血象无抑制作用。结论卡铂缓释微球瘤内注射治疗可望成为胰腺癌治疗的新方法。
Objective To study the feasibility of intra-tumoral injection chemotherapy for human pancreatic cancer with interventional ultrasonography. Methods Carboplatin-loaded PLGA micrespheres was injected guided by ultrasound into human pancreatic cancer on BALB/c-nu mice, then the growth rate and ultrasonographic imaging of tumor and hemogram of mice were analyzed. ResuIts During 30 days chemotherapy, the tumor lesion of the testing group was reduced continuously and necrotic, but the hemogram of mice was not influenced. Conclusion Intra-tumoral injection of carboplatin-loaded PLGA micrespheres guided by ultrasound is a simple and reliable therapy method for human pancreatic cancer on BALB/c hairless mice.
