摘要
目的探索卡铂缓释微球瘤内注射治疗兔VX2肝肿瘤的最适剂量。方法通过开腹瘤块包埋法建立兔肝VX2肿瘤模型,将荷瘤兔随机分为A、B、C、D、E五个治疗组和注射用大豆油阴性对照组。观察治疗后第14 d肿瘤体积变化情况和血常规变化情况。结果卡铂缓释微球治疗兔VX2肝肿瘤的效果随剂量增加而增加,而各剂量组之间毒性反应未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论最高剂量组(E组)抑瘤作用最明显,无明显的毒副作用,可作为治疗兔VX2肝肿瘤的最适剂量。
Objective To investigate the optimal dosage of slow- released carboplatin microspberes by intratumoral injection on the rabbit VX2 liver tumor. Methods Rabbits with VX2 liver tumor were divided into five treatment groups and control group. Changes in the tumors volume and blood routine were observed 14 days after the treatment. Comparison was made between the five treatment groups and control group,and within the five groups.Results It was shown that slow- released carboplatin microspheres possesed obviously antitumoral effects, which was manifested as dose - dependence. There was no significant difference on the sideeffects between groups ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The microspheres applied in Group E was confirmed to have the most effective tumor inhibition and no obvious sideeffect. The dose in group E may be considered as the optimal dosage for the treatment of rabbit liver VX2 tumor.
