摘要
根据石油工程招标过程中评标工作多层次多准则的特点,将层次分析法引入到石油工程评标中,并结合石油钻井工程实例介绍了该方法的具体应用。实践表明,相对于现有的技术标商务标两段评标法,层次分析法能减少主观因素的影响,应用方便,评价结果准确,是一种实用的石油工程评标方法。
Based on the characteristics of multiple hierarchy in the process of bidding evaluation for petroleum engineering, Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） is introduced to bidding evaluation for petroleum engineering. A case study is illustrated to show the application in petroleun drilling engineering. Compared with current 2 - stage bidding evaluation, AHP eliminates the effects from private opinions. Also, AHP is easy to apply and draw more comprehensive conclusion, which proves that AHP is a practical method for petroleum engineering.
