摘要
目的研究湾鳄鳞甲提取物对小鼠肿瘤的抑制作用。方法用3%木瓜蛋白酶在60℃,pH7.0条件下降解湾鳄鳞甲14h,制备湾鳄鳞甲提取物。研究湾鳄鳞甲提取物对肝癌腹水型瘤株(HepA)和艾氏腹水型(EAC)瘤株的抗肿瘤作用。结果高剂量湾鳄鳞甲提取物(4.5g·kg-1)对HepA和EAC实体瘤小鼠的抑瘤率分别为30.01%(P<0.05)和37.69%(P<0.05);低剂量组(2.25g·kg-1)的抑瘤率分别为21.43%(P>0.05)和37.69%(P<0.01)。高剂量组湾鳄鳞甲提取物(4.5g·kg-1)对荷HepA和EAC小鼠的生命延长率为21.12%(P<0.05)和34.39%(P<0.05);低剂量组(2.25g·kg-1)对荷HepA和EAC小鼠的生命延长率分别为39.13%(P<0.01)和1.91%(P>0.05)。结论初步研究提示,湾鳄鳞甲提取物物对小鼠肿瘤有一定的抑制作用。
Objective To study the inhibitory effects of the Crocodylus porosus extracts on murine tumor. Methods 3 % of papain was used to degrade the scale and shell of the Crocodylus porosus for 14 hours under 60℃ ,pH7.0. The effects of the extracts on hepatic solid tumor (HepA) and Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC) were studied in mice. Results The inhibitory rates of the high-dose extract (4.5g·kg^-1) on HepA and EAC were 30.01%(P〈0.05)and 37.69(P〈0.05) respectively,and the inhibitory rates of the low-dose extract (2.25g·kg^-1)were 21.43%(PZ〉0.05)and 37.69% (P〈0.01)respectively. The high-dose extracts (4.5g·kg^-1) could prolong 21.12%(P〈0.05)and 34.39%(P〈0. 05)of the life span of HepA bearing mice and EAC bearing mice, and the low-dose (2.25g·kg^-1)were 39.13%(P〈0.01)and 1.91% (P〉0.05)respectively. Conclusion It is indicated by the primary research that the Crocodylus porosus extracts have inhibitory effects on the murine tumor.
