摘要
开放存取是学术交流机制演进的结果,许多国家的政府对此持肯定的态度。开放存取期刊与自己存档是开放存取两种重要的实践模式。开放存取对各方面产生了积极的影响,社会对其认同度逐步提高。发展开放存取的关键是创新资金运筹机制,而开放存取出版模式将同商业化出版模式并存发展。
Open Access is the result of the evolution of academic exchange mechanism and it has been approved by the governments of many countries. Open Access journals and self-archiving ones are the two important mode in the practice of Open Access. The Open Access has a positive influence upon all circles, so is gradually accepted by the whole society. The key problem is to innovate in funds circulating mechanism, and it will coexist and develop side by side with the commercial publishing mode.
