摘要
适值嘉陵江开发时期,如何有效地配置有限资金、科学决策是开发成功的关键。在综合对比的基础上,使用AHP法对嘉陵江水土流失的影响因子进行了对比分析,计算出各因子的权重值,确定其影响的重要程度,为决策者的科学决策提供依据。
Jialing River is in the stage of dcvelopment,how to dispose the limited fund effectively and to make policy scientitifcally is the key to suceeding in developing. The factor of impact on soil loss of Jialing River using AHP is compared and analysed on the basis of comparing synthetically. The weight value is caculated and its importance degree of every factor is confirmed, it offered the basis for the polieymaker.
