枸杞多糖对染铅小鼠海马区NO和NOS活性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨枸杞多糖对染铅小鼠海马区NO和NOS活性的影响。方法:腹腔注射Pb(AC)2使小鼠染铅,枸杞多糖于染铅后第二天灌胃给药,于第6周后测全血铅浓度和小鼠海马区NO含量及NOS活性。结果:枸杞多糖组血铅浓度显著低于染铅模型对照组;枸杞多糖3.6g/kg组与染铅模型对照组比较,NO浓度和NOS活性显著升高。结论:枸杞多糖可促进小鼠体内铅的排出,提高小鼠海马区NO含量和NOS活性。 Objective: To study the influence of Lycium barbarum polyccharides(LBP) on NO and NOS in hippocampus of lead-exposed. Method: The nliee were divided into five groups: control group , lead-exposed model group, LBP 3.6g/kg group, LBP 1. 8g/kg group and LBP 0.9g/ kg group. The LBP-dosage groups were fed with different dosage of LBP since the next day of lead exposure. Measured blood lead concentration and NO, NOS in bippoeampus in 6 weeks. Result: Blood-lead concentration of LBP-dosage groups was lower tban that of lead exposed group markedly( P 〈 0.01 ) ;compared with lead-exposed group, NO and NOS were obviously higher in LBP high-dosage group( P 〈 0.05 ). Though there was no obvious differences between LBP-mid group , LBP-low group and lead-exposed group in No and NOS, there had an ascending tendency. Conclusion : LBP is able to promote the ejectment of lead in mice and can improve NO and NOS in hippoeampus of mice. Key words Lyeium barbarum polyeeharides(LBP) ; lead; hippoeampus; NO; NOS
