摘要
目的 分析138例狂犬病潜伏期特点及其影响因素,为制定狂犬病防制策略提供科学依据。方法 2002-2005年茂名市138份狂犬病个案资料录入EPIDATA数据库,运用SPSS10.0进行单因素行列卡方分析和等级回归分析。结果 茂名地区狂犬病潜伏期中位数37d,最短潜伏期4d,最长潜伏期2584d(7年29d);病例的咬伤部位及年龄与潜伏期长短密切相关。结论加强农村地区的重点人群(儿童及农民)预防狂犬病的健康教育、提高其动物致伤暴露后伤口处理率及免疫接种率是当前卫生部门狂犬病防制的主要策略之一。
Objective To study the influence factors and epidemiology characteristics of rabies incubation period so as to provide evidences for controlling rabies in Maorning. Methods Adopting the EPI data software to build a database, typing in the 138 questionnaires of rabies during the 2002-2005 period and using the SPSS 10.0 software to process the statistic analysis: Results The median incubation period of rabies was 37 days (ranging from 4 days to 2,584 days). Only the site of wound and patient age were the relative risk factors of the rabies incubation period. Conclusions The effective measures of preventing and controlling rabies are to strengthen health education, and to enhance the rates of wound disposal and prompt the vaccinations.
