摘要
满天星可以通过组织培养进行大量快速繁殖.其茎段在MS+BA0.5mg/L+IAA0.5mg/L+KT1.0mg/L培养基上可产生大量健壮的不定芽,繁殖系数可达10以上;切下的不定芽在MS+IAA5.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+IBA0.2mg/L培养基上1周内80%外植体分化出良好的根系;在定植基质中加入杀菌剂并保持一定的湿度,可以明显减少烂苗,提高试管苗的移栽成活率.
Tissue culture was used for rapid clonal multiplication of Gypsophila paniculata.Large explants (about 1 cm) had more possibility of surviving and regenerating. The optimum culture medium was MS+0. 5 mg/L BA+0. 5 mg/L NAA+1. 0 mg/L KT, which resulted a high multiplication rate (about 10 times). Plantlets rooted easily on the MS medium supplemented with 5. 0 mg/L IAA + 0. 1 mg/L NAA + 0. 2 mg/L IBA. When plantlets was transferred to soil, covering transplants with glass during the first week could reduce transpirational water loss and increase survival rate, and using some chemical fungicides could control effectively the decay and death of plantlets.
