摘要
从科学发展观的人本主义角度,提出以人为本是人力资源发展战略的根本原则。
From a perspective of the scientific concept of development, this paper projects that people-oreintation of the scietific concept of development should be applied in making strtegies for development of companies＇ human resuorces. It also discusses some key issues in strtegic management of development of companies＇ human resuorces through six aspects concerned.
