摘要
科学发展观是我国对传统发展方式的反思和修正,在实施科学发展观的过程中,公共政策系统起着至关重要的作用。因此,政府要对传统发展观指导下制定和实施的公共政策进行调整和创新,形成以“以人为本”为核心价值、以公共利益协调为本质特征、以目标可持续性为基本要求的新的公共政策体系。
The way of our country, scientific concept of development is the introspection and revising of the traditional development during the process of implementing scientific concept of development, the public policy system plays an essential role. the government should adjust and innovate the public policy which has been made under the guidance of the traditional concept of development and form the new public policy system, regarding people as the first important, coordinating in public interests, constant in basic demand.
