摘要
"研究机构—知识中介—政策行为组织"之间的结构关系在一定程度上制约着社会科学研究向政策转化的质量和效率。文章从组织的结构功能主义视角,在宏观上建构了社会科学研究向政策转化的组织结构契合模型。在此基础上,分别从研究机构的劳动分工、政策行为组织的开放结构以及知识中介的独立禀赋三个方面探讨了它们之间组织结构体系的创新路径。
The quality and efficiency of social science research to policy transformation is to certain extent restrained by the structural relationship between 'research institutions-knowledge intermediary-policy organization'.This paper constructs the organization structure-fit model of social science research to policy transformation from the perspective of structural functionalism,and discusses the innovation of organizational structure system from the division of labor in research institutions,the open structure of policy organizations and the independent endowment of knowledge intermediary,so as to further improve the relationship between social science research and policy.
