摘要
心理契约理论在我国日益引起企业界的重视,而在学校和教师管理中很少被关注.本文从教师专业发展入手,分析了教师专业发展阶段中心理契约的特点,并提出了管理的关键要素.
While psychological contract theory has become increasingly important in business management in China, little attention is paid to it in school and teacher management. This paper, beginning with teachers' professional development, analyzes the characteristics of the psychological contract theory during each phase of teachers' professional development.
