摘要 心理契约是个人对自己与组织之间相互义务和所承诺回报的理解,而组织作为交换关系的另一方,只是提供形成心理契约的背景和环境,心理契约是雇员的独自感知,只存在唯一主体。那么,如何通过心理契约的维系,实现顾客对企业的忠诚呢?
