摘要
基于我国旅游企业现阶段存在规模小并且经营分散、品牌单一、竞争力弱、市场化程度低、总体运营能力滞后和面临国际著名跨国旅游企业的挑战等问题,我们认为提高核心竞争力是旅游企业的必然选择,它可以从根本上改变企业的状况,由此提出了几点关于培育具有竞争力旅游企业的几点思考。
The present tourism enterprises in our country are of small size and not concentrated, with a low competi-tiveness and degree of marketization. In addition, they are not effectively managed. In order to meet the challenges posed by the famous international tourism enterprises, improving the competitiveness of those enterprises is the only way out, which helps to put them on a very story position. So we come up with several suggestions on how to foster the competitiveness of these tourism enterprises.
