摘要
化疗和骨髓移植作为治疗白血病的重要方法已被广泛应用,但化疗和骨髓移植同时也带来很多并发症,并且复发率很高。免疫细胞作为白血病治疗的一种新方法,已经取得了令人瞩目的成绩,本文就树突状细胞、自然杀伤细胞、供者淋巴细胞及细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞等免疫细胞在白血病免疫治疗中的应用作一综述。
Both chemotherapy and bone marrow transplantation as the important approaches of leukemic treatment have been extensively used. But at the same time both of them always lead to many complications and high relapse rate. lmmunocyte, as a new method of leukemic therapy, has acquired remarkable achievements. In this paper, we review some applications of immunocytes, including dendritic cells.natural killer cells.donor lymphocytes and cytokineinduced killer cells, which have been used in leukemic immunotherapy.
