摘要
在阐述企业文化的基础上,以中国家族企业为例,对家族企业的特征进行分析,得出中国家族企业存在的局限性及对策,最后论述了如何通过改善企业文化来治理家族企业的问题。
On the basis of the discussing on business culture, taking the Chinese family business as the example, the thesis mainly analyzes the features of family business, then talks about the limitation of family business , finally puts forward some advises on how to enhance their core competition force by improving and constructing reliable business culture.
