摘要
首先介绍了用户满意度的概念,分析了系统结构,并对其中的关键问题———用户数据的综合评判进行了详细讨论,给出了用户满意指标、级度作为进行综合评判的方法,并着重论述了用户满意度的多层次模糊综合评价方法及其实现算法。
First, the article introduces the concept of consumer satisfaction. Then, it analyses system construction and discusses comprehensively about the system' s key point integrated evaluation of consumer' s data. After that, the authors figure out the method of integrated evaluation of the standard and level about consumer satisfaction. Finally, it emphasizes on the description about multi - layer blurry integrated evaluation and actualizing arithmetic of consumer satisfaction.
