高管人员薪酬改革的探索:离任薪酬

摘要 当前我国高管薪酬制度朝着科学化的方向发展,但在具体的模式、结构上仍需完善。文章提出离任薪酬的设想,希望能对这一课题的研究提供一条新思路。
