摘要
2006年3月对西泉眼水库冰下浮游动物种群结构进行了初步的观察。结果表明,冰下浮游动物共32个种属。其中优势种有偏孔砂壳虫、普通表壳虫、表壳虫、镖水蚤、剑水蚤。浮游动物中原生动物的数量最大为1600.0 ind/L,占总数的92.6%;桡足类的生物量最大为0.3851,占76.1%。水平分布Ⅱ采样点数量最高为2661.0 ind/L,Ⅲ采样点生物量的总量最高为0.5378 mg/L。垂直分布在同一断面,上层的浮游动物大于下层浮游动物的数量;深水区浮游动物的生物量大于浅水区。
A systematical investigation into the distribution of zooplankton species and the variation of community structure in Xiquanyan Reservior area is carried out in March, 2006. The 32 species of zooplankton is found below the ice of Reservior, the most of which are Difflugia constricta Ehrenberg, Arcella vulgaris, Arcella sp, Diaptomus sp and Cyclops sp. The quantity of protozoa is the largest to 1600. 0 ind/L that is 92. 6 % of zooplankton. The bio- mass of copepeda is the largest to 0. 3851 mg/L that is 76. 1% of zooplankton. At the horizonal distribution, a quantity of the sample Ⅱ is the largest to 2661.0 ind/L; a biomass of the sample Ⅲ is the largest to 0. 5378 mg/L. At the perpendicularity distribution the zooplankton quantity of the upper is larger than that of the lower, the zooplankton biomass in deep water area is larger than that of shallow water area.
