在安邦河湿地选择10个典型站位,于2005年7月、9月和2006年5月采样,对其浮游植物进行了定性和定量研究。调查期间共采到浮游植物8门104种,其中绿藻49种,蓝藻25种,硅藻18种,其它12种。浮游植物数量年平均为183.32×104个/L,时间变化呈现7月>9月>5月,空间变化表现为上游高于下游,边缘区高于核心区。方差分析显示,浮游植物数量时空差异显著(P<0.001)。3个月份共发现优势种13种,5月、9月优势种(7种和8种)较7月(6种)多,但优势度不如7月的明显。通过与相似纬度不同水域相比,安邦河湿地浮游植物具有种类多、数量少的特征,与湿地的水位浅、水生维管植物多的特点相关。
An investigation of phytoplanktons was conducted in 10 typical sampling stations in Anbang River wetland, a type of high frigid swamp, in July, September 2005 and May 2006. A total of 104 taxa were recorded, belonging to Chlorophyta (49), Cyanophyta (25), Bacillariophyta ( 18 ), Chrysophyta (4), Euglenophyta ( 3 ), Xanthophyta (2), Cryphophyta (2) and Pyrrophyta (1). Annual mean abundance was 183.32×10^4 individual/L. The temporal distribution of phytoplankton amount exhibits July 〉 September 〉 May, and the spatial distribution displays upstream region 〉 downstream region ,and edge area 〉 core area. Analysis of variance shows that there is a significant difference(P 〈0.001 )in amount between seasons and sampling stations. A total of 13 dominant phytoplankton species were found in three months, showing that May(7) and September (8) are higher than July(6), while the species dominance in July is higher than that in May and September. Phytoplankton in Anbang River wetland is characterized by more species and fewer numbers compared with different water areas at the similar latitude. Results show that the phytoplankton in Anbang River wetland is positively correlated to the characteristics of wetland with low water level and many aquatic vascular plants.
