摘要
由于连铸机冷却元件对水质要求的不同,水处理系统分别选用直接冷却水系统和间接冷却水系统,结合工程的应用情况对沉淀池种类优缺点进行分析,并就连铸直接冷却水系统油的去除从工艺设计方面进行分析。
Water treatment system of CCM（Continuously Casting Machine） is divided into direct anti indirect cold water system based on the differences from water quality required by the parts of CCM, The advantages anti disadvantages of series of clarifiers will be analysed here on the basis of their applications in engineering. Meanwhile, the removal of oil in CCM direct cold water system will be illustrated from the process design aspect,too.
