摘要
在现代营销管理理论的框架下,采取理论分析与实证研究相结合的研究手段,以北京健身行业领跑者“青鸟健身俱乐部”为主要研究对象,运用文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法等方法,对青鸟健身俱乐部运营的现状情况进行评析,并运用“市场定位钻石模型”对青鸟健身俱乐部的市场定位问题,进行了比较全面、深入、细致的研究。
Under the framework of the theory of modern marketing management, adopting the measure of combination theoretic analyze with case investigation, with the methods of literature review, investigation and interview, this essay adopted Nivana fitness and spa club as the main research subject, and analyzed the current situation of operating and management of this club. Furthermore, this study conducted a thorough, in-depth, and detailed research on the application of the diamond orientation model on the marketing orientation of the Nivana fitness and spa club.
