茵陈蒿汤水提液中各成分的反相高效液相色谱梯度洗脱法分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:确定茵陈蒿汤水提液的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法:色谱柱为LichrospherC18柱(4.6mm×25cm,5臁m),采用A相(0.5磷酸水溶液)、B相(0.5‰磷酸甲醇溶液)为流动相进行非线性梯度洗脱(A相起始比例为90%,50min内下降至40%,其后的5min内下降至28.5%);流速1ml/min,检测波长为254nm,柱温:25℃,进样量:5臁L=果:运用该梯度洗脱方法能较好的分离茵陈蒿汤水提液中的各个成分。结论:本方法较完整的呈现了茵陈蒿汤水提液的化学成分组成,能为茵陈蒿汤的指纹图谱研究提供参考。 Objective: To establish an optimal method to analyze "Yinchenhao decoction" by RP-HPLC. Methods: Lichrospher C,, column (4.6 mm×25 cm, 5 pro) with temperature at 25 ℃ was used with a mobile phase of A (0.5 ‰ phosphoric acid ) ,B(methanol with 0.5 ‰ phosphoric acid), used a non-linear gradient of 90 % to 40 %.A phase in 50 minutes and from 40 % to 28.5 % in the followed 5 minutes mixed with B phase. The elution was performed at the flow rate of 1 ml/ rain. UV detection wavelength was 254 nm, the injection volume was 5 μL. Results: The ingredients in Yinchenhao decoction were well seperated by gredient elution. Conclusion: The ingredients in Yinchenhao decoction were well presented in the chromatographic detection via this method, and the method can be applied for the study of the fingerprints of Yinchenhao decoction.
