摘要
研究了苦槛蓝不同溶剂提取物对芒果炭疽菌抗药性菌株、敏感菌株及香蕉尖孢镰刀菌的抑制作用。结果表明,乙醇、乙酸乙酯、丙酮提取物的抑菌作用显著优于石油醚提取物,芒果炭疽病抗药性菌株对苦槛蓝不同溶剂提取物没有明显的抗药性。苦槛蓝丙酮提取物对芒果炭疽病菌敏感菌株(ZJS)、抗药性菌株(ZJR)及香蕉尖孢镰刀菌有效中浓度EC50分别为26.29 mg/mL、21.37 mg/mL和23.56 mg/mL。
The inhibitory effect of extract from dry leaves of Myoporum bontioides on Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense has been found. It' s efficient to control or reduce the damage of resistant C. gloeosporioides by botanical fungicide. The inhibition rates of ethanol, ethyl acetate and acetone extracts are more efficient to control C. gloeosporioides than petroleum ether extracts. The EC50 of acetone extractsof M. bontioides against C. gloeosporioides and F. oxysporum f. sp. cubense were 26.29 mg/mL, 21.37 mg/mL, 23.56 mg/mL respectively.
