摘要
目的:调查、测评职业院校学生的生活质量,并测试和分析后勤生活服务对其生活质量的影响。方法:于2005-11-06/11-16整群随机抽取湖南环境生物职业技术学院医学部医学、药学、护理3个系1~4年级(2002~2005)在校学生393人,南宁卫生学校护理、口腔、中西医3个专业1~3年级(2003~2005)在校学生503人作为调查对象进行生活质量调查。采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表和自编后勤生活服务量表进行团体测评和比较分析。世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表,包含4个维度和2个独立分析的问题共26个条目;自编后勤生活服务量表包含17个条目。结果:回收合格问卷896份,有效率100%。①学生世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表个人评分基本呈正态分布。②南宁卫校学生在生活质量满意度、生活状况4个方面及生活质量总分均高于湘环职院,差异有显著性意义;不同年级比较,生理健康评分1~3年级逐年升高,差异具显著性意义;不同性别比较,女学生在生活质量满意度、生活状况4个方面及生活质量总分均高于男生,差异有显著性意义。③4种就餐去处比较,在学校食堂吃大锅饭菜学生的生活质量各个方面评分最高,差异有显著性意义。4种住宿去处比较,住带卫生间公寓学生的生活质量各方面得分均最高,在生理、生活环境和生活质量满意度、生活质量总分差异均有显著性意义;校外租房学生的心理、生理和总分均最低。④影响生活质量的后勤生活服务因素分析,影响生活质量满意度前3位的是住宿条件、水电供应、物业管理;影响生理状况的因素前3位为物业管理、水电供应和保健服务;影响心理状况前3位是物业管理、保健服务和饭菜质量;影响社会心理功能的因素前3位是物业管理、公寓条件及水电供应;影响生活环境的因素前3位依次为安全保卫、水电供应与保健服务;影响
AIM: To survey and assay the life quality (LQ) of students in the vocational colleges, and analyze the effects of logistic service on students' LQ. METHODS: A total of 393 students (2002-2005) from Departments of Medical Science, Pharmacy and Nurse, Medical College of Hunan Vocational Technical College of Environmental Biology and 503 students (2003-2005) from Departments of Nurse, Stomatology and Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine, Nanning Medical School were selected as subjects between November 6^th and 16^th 2005 to survey the LQ, World Health Organization Quality Of Life Brief Questionnaires (WHOQOL-BREF, including 4 dimensions and 2 questions analyzed independently, totally 26 items) and self-compiled logistic service scale (17 items) was applied in the aggregation detection and comparative analysis. RESULTS: Totally 896 qualified questionnaires were reclaimed, with 100% effective rate. ①There was normal distribution among the individual scores of students tested by WHOQOL-BREF.②The scores of LQ satisfaction, 4 aspects of living condition and LQ total score were remarkably higher in the students of Nanning Medical School than those of Hunan Vocational Technical College of Environmental Biology; In comparison with different grades, the physical health scores of students elevated gradually from Grade 1 to Grade 3, with the significant difference; In comparison with different genders, the girl students had the significantly higher scores than boy students in LQ satisfaction, 4 aspects of living condition and LQ total score.③Among 4 repast sites, the students who messed at the college canteen possessed the highest scores of LQ, with the significant difference. Among 4 resident sites, the students who lived in the college apartment with toilet showed the highest scores of LQ, and the differences were all significant in the physiology, living environment and LQ satisfaction, total score of LQ; Whereas the students who rent out of campus had the lowest scores of psychology, p
