摘要
文章从教育主体的角度出发,在论述教育应以学生为主体的基础上提出了“以学生为本”的教育人本管理概念,并对“以学生为本”教育管理工作的开展提出了一些要求,对其工作的展开有一定的指导和借鉴作用。
From the point of education subject, this paper puts forward the education human-oriented management concept of ＂students-oriented＂ based on the viewpoint of education should take the students as the subject and points out some requests for its implementation which have some functions on the practice in a certain extent.
