摘要
目的:进一步了解围术期肺动脉高压的相关知识,并探讨其麻醉处理方法及研究进展。方法:查阅文献,综合论点。结果和结论:围术期肺动脉高压的麻醉处理方法很多,主要应做到以下几点:①维持血流动力学稳定;②维持心肌氧的供需平衡;③加强呼吸管理;④合理应用血管活性药物。
Objective：To learn about related knowledge of pulmonary hypertension during heart about related knowledge of pulmonary hypertension during heart operation, and to investigate anesthetic management and progress of study on it. Methods： Looking up literatures and summarizing points. Results and Conclusions： There are a lot of methods about Anesthetic management of pulmonary hypertension. Maintaining stability of circulatory dynamics;Continous perfusion to the arrested heart with cardioplegic solusion for induction and warm blood prior to removal of the aortic cross clamp showed the beneficial effect on myocardial protection. Vasoactive drugs used during operation may play an essential role in refulating cardiovascular function.
