业务流程重构既是一种强化企业管理、提高企业竞争能力的先进管理概念,也是实现价值链增值的重要技术支撑。本文探讨了会计流程在价值链管理中的作用,以及通过对会计流程重构,拉动并完成其他业务流程重构的方法。
The business process reengineering is advanced management concept.
