摘要
本文研究使用HF、HCl、HNO3、HClO44种酸溶解样品,ICP-AES测定样品中的Be。对国家一级标样进行测定,测定结果与标准样品值一致,方法检出限Be为0.10μg/g。此方法简便、快速、准确。
Trace Be in soil samples was determined by ICP-AES with sample pretreatment HF, HCL, HNO3 and HClO4. This method has been applied to determine some national first using class standard samples. The standard sample measurement results are in good agreement with the recommended value. The detection limit of the method is 0. 10μg/g, the method is simple, rapid and accurate.
