摘要
在ICP-AES分析中,分析线与干扰线的重叠给测定的精度带来严重的影响。本文将化学计量学方法引入ICP-AES法的稀土元素分析中,由一组标准混合稀土溶液的测定数据建立偏最小二乘法多元校正模型,然后此模型对未知混合试液进行浓度预报。以本文方法对钐、钕、镨、镝、铈混合溶液进行同时分析,标准回收率为89%~116%。
In this paper,the chemometric approach,partial least squares(PLS) was applied to the analysis of mixtures of rare earths by ICP-AESmethod.A calibration(trainning)set of mixed rare earths was prepared and measured by ICP-AES at eleven wavelengths.The response matrix[R]and the composition matrix[C]were obtained and were then used to establish the chemometrlc model.Fifteen unknown samples of Nd,Pr,Sm,Ce and Dy were predicted by the use ofthls PLS model wlth satisf actory results.
