摘要
自由心证制度是从传统走向现代,为世界各国所认同。作为一项证据制度,其内在的科学品格突出,在诉讼中具有多维价值。因此应积极构建我国的现代自由心证制度。
The modern inner conviction system is internationally identified since it has critically inherited the traditional inner conviction system. As an evidence system, its scientific character is outstanding. In proceeding, the value of this inner conviction system can be understood from several aspects. So it is necessary that we establish modern inner conviction system in our country.
