摘要
社会主义和谐社会是民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会。在社会转型时期,社会冲突的多样化决定了冲突解决机制的多元化。调解机制是古代中国最具有文化代表性和最富有文化韵味的冲突解决方式,顺合中国民众的传统心理需求,其基本价值取向就是追求和谐的社会秩序。在建构社会主义和谐社会时,必须充分重视传统调解机制的功能。
Socialist harmonious community is the one that is democratic, fair, integrate, energetic, stable and orderly, and in this society, people live in harmony with nature. In the present period of social transformation, the diversity of social conflicts leads to multiple ways to deal with them. Regulation mechanism is most typical of Chinese traditional culture and full of humanity in dealing with conflicts. It can satisfy the Chinese people＇ s psychological needs for the harmonious social system. We should both keep and innovate it when structuring the socialist harmonious community.
