高效液相色谱法测定辽河水中挥发性酚类的试验 被引量:6

摘要 采用Shim-Pack VP-ODS色谱柱(4.6 mm i.d×150 mm,5μm^6μm):以乙腈:水(V/V)=45∶55混合液为流动相,流速:1.0 ml/min,用分光光度法检测,检测波长273 mm,实现了河水中的苯酚、邻甲基苯酚和对甲基苯酚的同时分离测定。苯酚、邻甲基苯酚、对甲基苯酚的线性范围为0.002 g/L^0.012 g/L,最小检测量分别为0.03 mg/L;0.08 mg/L和0.11 mg/L。将该方法用于河水中的挥发性酚的分析测定,简单方便、重现性好。 The analyses were run on a HPLC-UV detector (shimadzu, Japan). The separations were performed under reverse phase conditions using a mobile phase composed of 45% acetonitrile and 55% water, using a Shim-Pack VP-ODS column, 150 mm×4.6 mm i. d. , particle diameter 5-6 μm. The flow rate was 1 ml/min, the injection volume 5 ul and the UV detector was positioned at a wavelength of 273 nm. In this technique, the correlation coefficient exceeded 0.99 for all the analyses carried out during validation. The limit of quantitation are from 0. 03 mg/L to 0. 11 mg/L, Good recoveries were observed for the phenol compounds under investigation at all spiking levels and average recoverise were higher than 91.5 % with the relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 8.9 % for high-performance liquid chromatography.
