摘要
研究了在pH= 12的硼砂氢氧化钠缓冲体系中苯胺类化合物的重氮盐与甲萘酚的显色反应,结果表明:在该试验条件下显色反应迅速,显色液可稳定2h 以上。用甲萘酚分光光度法测定苯胺,简便、快速、稳定,摩尔吸光系数为3.84×104 L/(m ol·cm ),苯胺质量浓度在0~2.8m g/L范围内符合比尔定律,线性相关系数为09999。此法用于废水中苯胺类物质的测定。
The color reaction of anilines' diazols with α naphthol in borax sodium hydroxide buffer system under the condition of pH12 has been studied. The results show that the color reaction is rapid and the color can keep stable over two hours under the experimental conditions. The method is simple, fast and stable,the molar absorptivity is 3.84×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ,obeying Beer' s law within 0~2.8mg/L of aniline concentration with the linear coefficient of 0.9999.The results of determining anilines in wasterwater by this method are consistent with those by the standard method.
