摘要
计算机互联网的迅速发展和日益普及,使当代大学生们尽情地享受着高科技带来的各种便利,但同时网络道德失范的现象也比较严重,黑客的攻击、黄色信息的传播和西方文化的渗透对大学生产生了较大的影响。这就要求高校采取关注网络、正确引导学生心理和制定规范、约束学生网络行为等系列措施加以控翩和打击,确保网络信息系统的安全运行和信息安全传输。
The rapid development and popularizing day by day of the technology of the computer and Internet, make contemporary university students enjoy various kinds of convenience that Hi- Tech bring heartily, but at the same time the phenomenon that the morals of network deviate from the norm also gets serious. The hacker＇ s attack, spread of blue information and infiltration of western culture have a greater impact on university students. These require the university to pay close attention to the network, so the university must lead student＇ s psychology to develop correctly, make relevant norms and restrain student＇s network behavior, ere, to guarantee the safe operation of the information system of the network and the information transmitted safely.
