摘要
研究了硝酸、高氯酸混合酸湿法消解马齿苋样品,用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定马齿苋中K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Pb八种元素的含量,对样品前处理方法,酸度,共存元素干扰,元素线性范围进行了实验。该方法的相对标准偏差为0.34%~3.78%(n=5),加标回收率为95.5%~101.9%,符合分析测试要求。采用FAAS法与ICP-AES法比较测定,其结果基本吻合,验证了方法准确可靠。为测定马齿苋中矿物元素含量提供了一种可行方法,为研究马齿苋的营养价值和药用价值提供了科学依据。
In this paper, we researched and found the mixed acid(HNO3 and HClO4) was a better way to digested Portulaca Oleracea L., and used atomic absorption spectrometry to determine the trace elements in it. We also explored acidity, interfere coexisted elements and linearity spectrum. The experimental results showed that the relative standard deviation in measurement was 0.34 % ~ 3.78 % (n=5),and the rate of recovery of samples standard addition was 95.5 % ~ 101.9 %. Finally, we compared the results between FAAS method and ICP-AES method, which comformed to the analytical requirement. By this means, we provided a feasible method for studying the elements in potherb. Moreover, we provided a theoretical base for the nutritional and pharmic value of Portulaca Oleracea L.
